Rocky Neck Campground offers 160 sites in both open and wooded settings to facilitate the campers’ turning to the park. The camping season begins in May and ends on September 3. Camping is the most famous activity in the park to enjoy. Visitors are required to reserve the spots before visiting. The campgrounds allow the visitors to access a gently sloping, soft sandy beach, picnic areas, bird watching, train watching, sprawling trail systems, and salt marsh viewing platforms. The campground at Rocky Neck offers 160 drive-in campsites for tent and RV campers. Visitors can choose from open, grassy sites and wooded, shady sites. There are picnic tables, fire pits, and fresh water for visitors. Once camping season starts, the park is open all night, but only to campers.
