Manoa Falls trail officially opens at 8 a.m., and there is no reason to arrive earlier. Sunrise won’t be of any appeal once you get into the jungle. The trail closes at 7 pm. The Manoa Falls Trailhead is situated at the end of Manoa Road, just a short drive from downtown Honolulu. There is parking available, however, a price may apply. Alternatively, you can park for free in the residential neighborhood and walk about 0.25 miles to the trailhead.  It resembles Waimnao Falls and it has almost all characteristics as same as it.

Your main option is the Paradise Park lot, a paid parking lot, open daily from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the fee at $7 as of this writing. Don’t leave anything. Alternatively, Parking for the Mānoa Falls Trail is available at the end of Mānoa Road, in a small parking lot right before the trailhead. Lake Haiyaha also same criteria for parking.
